SJ-32 single screw pressure test machine
1. The machine is not allowed to run if the temperature is below 260 degree centigrade.
2. There are two pressure test points:
1) at the end of barrel (0~3000PSI)
2) between the melt pump and the die head (0~3000PSI)
If the pressure gets above 2500PSI, alarm will happen.
If the pressure gets above 2800PSI, the machine will stop automatically.
3. The starting screen pressure and the maximum pressure reading are recorded through HMI during the entire test process in this machine
